An avid urban explorer ventures into an abandoned large-scale movie studios.

The administrative building, built in 1960, is the most distinctive structure in the studios. For the 1960s, the architectural design was very bold and avante-garde. The 4-storey building has very flamboyant windows with bold and innovative design, in order to establish a unique, enterprising and pioneering image. It became the iconic building of the studios.

The entire studio was formally completed in 1965, with 15 studios, two exterior movie sets, editing rooms, printing rooms, restaurants, staff dormitories and other facilities. It was the largest and privately owned Hollywood-style movie studios in the Chinese-speaking world. In 2015, it was rated as a Grade I historic building. It is a pity that the cinema is being demolished, and a large number of expensive equipment and historical films have been deserted.

Urban exploration is based on the principles of take nothing except picture, leave no trace and not revealing the location.
