港珠澳大橋是連接中國大陸、香港及澳門三地的重要交通基建。官方標榜大橋可以令三地的交通時間大大縮短,構成「一小時生活圈」。但這條耗資1200億港元的大橋由2009年動工開始,有很多批評和爭議聲:嚴重超支、延誤多年、環境污染、質量安全、事故頻生、18人因工喪生等。

The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is an important transportation infrastructure connecting mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. The official line indicates that the bridge can greatly reduce the travel time between Hong Kong, Zhuhai and Macau, forming a “one-hour living circle”. However, since the construction of the $120 billion bridge began in 2009, with many criticisms and controversies: severe overruns, multiplr delays, pollution, quality and safety, frequent accidents, and 18 deaths due to work.
