報喜斑粉蝶是香港常見的蝴蝶。牠的翅膀由黑、白、黃、紅四種顏色組成，繽紛悅目。牠們愛在樹上訪花吸蜜，飛行柔弱。展翅約60至70毫米；全年可見。幼蟲食用鞘花。
The Red-Base Jezebel (Delias pasithoe) is a common butterfly in Hong Kong. Its wings are composed of four colours——black, white, yellow and red——which are colourful and pleasing to the eye. They love to visit flowers to feed on their nectar; flying slowly. Wing span is about 60 to 70 mm; visible throughout the year. Caterpillars feed on Microsolen cochinchinensis.
