耗資17億港元興建的雨水排放隧道，全長3.7公里，貫穿市區地底，延伸至海旁。設有6個進水口截取雨水，經分支隧道流入靜水池後，再經主隧道排出海港，為下游市區提供防洪保障。
工程於2008年動工，於2012年啟用。
The rainwater drainage tunnel constructed at a cost of $1.7 billion, with a total length of 3.7 km, runs through the urban area and extends to the waterfront. There are 6 water inlets to intercept rainwater. After flowing into the static pool through the branch tunnels, and the water is drained to the harbour through the main tunnel to provide flood protection for the downstream urban area.
The project started in 2008 and completed in 2012.
